Rainham School for Girls celebrates position in
national league tables

Rainham School for Girls has been recognised for its outstanding achievement in advanced vocational results, placing the school 3rd nationally. The published league table lists the top 100 schools and colleges in England and it is very gratifying to see the students’ hard work recognised on a national scale.

Karen Roberts, Executive Head Teacher said, “We are absolutely thrilled! This complements the percentage of students achieving 3 or more academic A Levels, where our school outperformed every other non-selective school in Medway.  Yet again the dedication of our learners and teachers has been acknowledged.”

The school continues to build on its success and is looking forward to the opening of a new dedicated sixth form block later this year.

Rainham School for Girls represents a culture of high aspiration, high expectation and success. Our aim is to provide an outstanding learning experience for all students within a safe, disciplined and caring environment.

Throughout their educational career, students will be offered a vast range of opportunities to extend their knowledge and skills base in both curricular and extra curricular activities in order to prepare them for their future careers and for life. Students will engage in a learning journey which will challenge and inspire them, one which will see them progress and grow into independent, confident, respectful young people.

Partnerships with parents are valued highly and are essential to a student's success. By sharing the same educational goals and working together, we are able to form the solid foundation needed to enable the highest levels of achievement for your daughter.
